Leviate AI Assistant

AI content creation is here! All clients who have purchased the AI package have this feature enabled. A knowledge base article for the AI assistant can be found here.

Pending Automations

A new update to pending automations allows an admin to approve a pending automation on behalf of contact owners or an employee. It can be turned on via admin. You can select from the dropdown who to send the automation from, who to send the automation to, and then click approve.

New Virtual Meeting Link Merge Field

We now have the ability to use user-specific Zoom/virtual meeting links as a merge field. The virtual meeting link is editable via the Edit Meeting page.

Texting Unsubscribe Options

A new update to texting allows clients to manually unsubscribe a contact from receiving automated texts via their contact profile. Users are still able to self-unsubscribe by texting "unsubscribe" as normal.

Client Happiness Dashboard

The Client Happiness dashboard has been rolled out to all clients. It can be enabled/disabled by contacting your success manager.

Dashboard Card Automations

Users can now trigger an automation from a custom or turning XX dashboard card. From the dashboard, you're able to click on the associated card and select an automation from the dropdown which can then be scheduled as usual.

Excluding Contacts from an Integration

There is now an option to exclude contacts being brought in from an integration based on tags.
