Removing a Tag from a contact

To remove a tag from a contact, simply over hover the tag under the profile and click on the X to remove the tag.

Removing a Tag from a group

To completely remove a tag that might be present on a bunch of contacts (without deleting the contacts themselves:

1. First let’s start at the Dashboard 
2. Click the Tags & Reports tab in the left-hand navigation. 
3. Click Manage Tags

4. Search for the tag and click the check box beside it.

5. Then select delete.

Only Administrators and Super Administrators have the ability to delete tags in Levitate. Users are able to access Tags and Reports > Manage Tags, but if they attempt to delete, they will be prompted with an error.
