Updating your card on file for billing
Admins or Super Admins on an account are able to access a self-service link to update the account's credit card on file for billing purposes.
How do I update my card on file?
If you're an Admin or Super Admin on your account, you'll log in and access your Levitate dashboard.
From there, you'll click on your name in the upper right corner and choose Settings.
For Admins, there are two tabs on the Settings page. You'll choose Admin.
From there, navigate to Users & Billing. When you click into Users & Billing, you will see a link that says Update Credit Card.

When you click Update Credit Card, you will be taken to Maxio— our billing software— where you will be able to update your credit card and billing information.
