New Donation automations

For our Non-Profit users, the new donation feature can track donations that come in through an integration, spreadsheet import, or manual addition. In order to be considered a 'New Donation' the payment will have to have been received in the past fourteen days.

Want to track new donations coming in?

To enable tracking through the New Donation dashboard card, ask your Success Specialist or our Support Team. All donation data should flow through the Donation Board.


What does the dashboard card look like?

It will say 'New Donations' with the pink heart icon.


How can I set up the automation?


In order to set up an automation to be kicked off for new donation, you will first go to Automations and choose New Donation Automation. From there, you will set up your automation as usual, with whichever steps you'd like to add. When you're all set, you'll save and publish.


Once you've saved and published your automation, you can go through the New Donations dashboard and choose that automation you've created and saved through the dropdown.



Like with any automation, there can be multiple steps, segments, etc. to better work with how you're hoping to reach out!
