Handwritten Cards + Automations

When setting up automations, sending a handwritten card is now available as an automation step!


In order to send out handwritten cards via automation, the handwritten card feature will need to be live on your account, your return address will need to be set up, and you will need to have card credits purchased.


When setting up an automation, you will have the option to select a choice for each step of the automation flow. Now, you can choose to send a card.

The sending of the physical card will still follow the general flow of how handwritten cards are sent through Levitate.


You'll choose at which point during the automation the card will send out, just like with other steps in the automation. If you want the card to go out immediately when the automation starts, you can set it that way or use day intervals to send it down the line.


We also have a 'fallback' checkbox— so if the card is unable to send, i.e. the recipient in the automation doesn't have a valid mailing address, the card will send as an email instead.
