June 2024 Releases

Custom Fields in Meeting Booking

We've added the capability to incorporate custom fields to meeting booking. If you need instructions on how to add custom fields to your account, check out this article.

Existing custom fields can be enabled on meeting booking pages, on a meeting to meeting basis. Custom fields can be used to collect a certain piece of information, and even ask questions that are needed for the meeting that they are booking.

The custom field can be added to the meeting booking page, and can also be made a required field. If the field is required, the person booking the meeting must fill in the field to book the meeting.

Contact categorization enhancements

We've noticed that accounts that have uncategorized or disorganized contacts take a longer time to get off the ground with Levitate sends. To help our users better categorized their contacts, we've added a few enhancements.

Ability to pull in and parse past subject lines

We are able to pull in subject lines from past emails, up to two years old, to help categorize clients better. If you're pulling in your clients primarily through your email sends and inbox, this solution will read and analyze subject lines to eventually assist in categorizing the client through tags.

Tagging game updates

We've beefed up the tagging game in order to pull in the data we reap from pulling in the subject lines of old email sends (see above). Now, when playing the tagging game, accounts that have the subject line enhancement enabled are able to see those subject lines on each contact when playing the tagging game to categorize.

Sent Message Contact Pull through admin

Support and Success team members are now able to initiate a pull of contacts through an account's admin settings page. To access the button, you'll go to Accounts > choose an account > go to users > click the three dots beside the user's name > choose View Details/Stats > click Start Import.

Because the import is initiated per email account, this is a user by user feature. Clicking 'Start Import' will only examine and pull emails and contacts from that user.

Contacts with duplicate names — UI updates

Now, if you have the setting on that keeps contacts with duplicate names from merging, there are some UI updates that make it easier to distinguish these contacts from each other.

When searching the name that has duplicates, you'll see a blue circle with a number in it. The number indicates how many of these contacts (with duplicate names) there are.

Also, when searching, if there is a company associated with the contacts, the company will be displayed as well in order to allow you to distinguish between these contacts.

This new UI will show in the search bar for contacts, as well as when you're searching individual contacts when setting up a send.

Integration Guardrails for switching between integrations

Now, when a member of the Levitate team is enabling a new integration on an account that has had a previous integration a notice will pop up. This notice will prompt the user to have the account wiped of all integration data before enabling the new integration.

Members of the Success and Implementation teams will need to submit a support ticket to have this integration data wiped. Members of the support team are able to wipe the ticket on their end.

We found that when switching from one integration to another, there was some lingering data from the initial integration that would cause problems down the line. This new process ensures that all integration data from the initial integration is cleared.

Option to delete text campaigns

We've added the support to delete created text campaigns.

Text Registration updates

In accordance with new guidelines and requirements laid out by mobile carriers and our number provider, Bandwidth, Levitate has updated the requirements and process for text registration.

We had a webinar on June 26th detailing these new guidelines and requirements— you can watch it here.

Help Article hub on Text Registration.

Multiple opportunity boards

We've added the ability for accounts with the opportunity board feature enabled to create multiple opportunity boards. Previously we limited accounts to one opportunity board.

Levitate users can now track multiple facets of their business, different ventures, or have opportunity boards unique to each user for more granular tracking.

Social Media safety nets

In order to better catch and diagnose issues with social media posts— like disconnections, posts that might fail, etc. we've added extra reporting to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks.

Household names in email reporting

Now, when sending to by. household, the household name will show up in email reporting.

Cancel meeting reminder automations upon reply

Now, when a meeting invitee replies to a step of a meeting reminder automation with an email or a text message, we can enable the feature to cancel the future steps of the automation.

This can be enabled in the automation itself.
