Updating Levitate user's email address

If you're an admin in Levitate, you're able to update your user's email addresses as long as the toggle to do so has been turned on by Support or Success.


Once this is turned on, you're able to update the email that your user logs in with. Once they have a new email to log in with, they must also 'connect' that email to Levitate for sends.


You'll go to Settings > Admin > Manage Users


When you're on the Manage Users page, you can click into the three dots next to each user's name and edit that user's email address.
