Updating a Levitate user's email address

You can reach out directly to our Support team if you need an email address updated.


If you'd prefer to be able to update email addresses on your end, and you're an Admin or Super Admin in Levitate, your Success Specialist or a member of our Support team can give you access to update your user's email addresses.


Once you're given access, you're able to update the email that your user logs in with. Once they have a new email to log in with, they must also 'connect' that email to Levitate for sends.


You'll click on your name in the upper right corner and choose Settings

From there, you'll choose Admin

And from there, you'll click into Users & Billing, and choose Manage Users

When you're on the Manage Users page, you can click into the three dots next to each user's name and edit that user's email address.


From there, you'll enter the new email address as well as a reason for why you're making the change

If the new email address has a domain that hasn't been used on your account, reach out to our Support team for further assistance!
