Restoring key dates

When sending based on a key date, be it through an automation or through a dashboard card, we have options to allow the key date itself to be 'restored' if the key date has been acknowledged or the send has been cancelled.


For automations, a member of the Support team is able to go to the account's admin > automation settings to restore key facts that have been funneled into that automation.




For key dates, and key date emails, set up through a dashboard card— the key fact will be automatically restored when/if a send is cancelled. The send can be cancelled by the Levitate users or by Support/Success.
