September 2023 Releases
08 September 2023
We've made several updates to Levitate's user interface to align with our new brand colors.
An update to our social media compliance workflow allows admins the ability to approve a social media post (or all pending posts) on behalf of the connected user.
Advanced tag filtering allows users to expand or narrow a search by adding boolean operators such as AND/OR/NOT to include or exclude specific tags.
Users now have the ability to send renewal emails by personal vs. commercial lines of business via the renewal dashboard card. Note: segmented sends via automation is not available at this time.
A small update to custom lead parsers allows customizing first and last name fields. Previously, if a submission had first and last name fields the didn't match our defaults, you might have gotten stuck.

Handwritten cards are turned on for all paid accounts. Cards for accounts on the Happiness Plan with AI cost $4 per card. Clients on other plans can send cards at a cost of $5 per card. Cards can also be sent to multiple recipients through the Birthday dashboard card or the contact page. For more info, check out the Knowledge Base articles here.
Advanced reporting has been added to opportunity boards. This reporting is linked to a Quicksight dashboard and is very customizable.

The big one this week is send on behalf for social media posts:
Admins will now see a dropdown when scheduling a social media post, which allows them to choose who to post on behalf of.
After choosing a user, the Where to Share section is updated with the selected user's accounts.
Both the user and the admin who scheduled it will see it on the calendar. It will show the account it's being posted to as well as the admin who scheduled it.

A new update to our clients' Admin settings allows them to edit the signature, card settings, and meeting links for any of their users. They must be an admin or super admin on the account to edit these settings for their users.
Loading Redtail’s integration settings in Admin used to take a long time, especially for accounts where many users are connected. Thanks to a platform update, we can ensure that pages load more quickly and consistently.
A small update to texting automations changes how and when we mark the step complete. Previously, a texting automation step was marked as complete when the text was scheduled out. A new update will only mark a texting automation step complete if and only if the text message is actually sent.
