Texting Automated Response

Texting via Levitate is a simple way to engage with clients! While texting is easily accessible for all, you may not be able to respond immediately. Not to worry, Levitate offers an "Automated Response" option for texting. 

Enabling your Automated Response

Click the Automatic Out of Office response button to enable

Customize your automated response and click save.

Confirm that the automated response is on. 

Notice that the automated response will only send once a day, per contact. This way, if a client sends back-to-back messages, they will not receive a repetitive message.
