How to Send a Client Satisfaction Follow Up Email
Click Tags & Reports
Click Survey Report
Click the name of the survey
Click the Send Follow Up Email button
Compose the campaign
Select the group or groups of targeted responses and the Preview Recipients button
Change the date range to filter response results and then click the Next Send Options button
Schedule the email
