Daily send limits based on email server
Email Server |
Number of emails in a 24-hour period per user |
Office365 | 350 |
Google Workspaces (for business) | 350 |
Exchange | 350 |
IMAP | 250 |
Outlook (personal) | 200 |
The number of emails sent in a 24 hour period is set by the email provider to prevent spam. Levitate wants to ensure that we stay below this limit so the client can still send other daily emails.
Clients can still send to larger lists (less than 5k total size) since Levitate will automatically break up the list into multiple days to complete the send.

HTML Newsletter | 5K per send |

- The ideal setup is to use the clients email domain for personal and authentic outreach. Combined with the HTML newsletters for an occasional large send or a send that needs to go out quickly.
- Anytime clients want to send to more than 5k contacts we should ask questions about what they are sending (quality of content) and the audience (prospect vs clients). Other questions include how frequently they will need to send to their list (every day/week/month)?
- Cold prospecting to large lists is discouraged on any email method as it most likely will result in spam reports and deliverability issues. Levitate recommends using another method to first validate your leads and then use Levitate for a personal outreach to a smaller list of warm prospects.
