So you might have just gotten an email that looks like this...

What is it and what do you need to do next?

In this case, Julie is a contact in Levitate that we pulled over from an agency management system such as AMS360 or Hawksoft. Julie used to be assigned to an executive, maybe by the initial of ABC. Well, ABC no longer works at this insurance agency and Julie was reassigned to JBA (let's say JBA stands for Justin Ambers). All of this happened in the management system, so Levitate is trying to change Julie's contact ownership from ABC to JBA, except, Levitate has no idea who JBA is.

So what to do next?

Click on the button that says "Map Levitate user for initials" and you'll be taken to a screen that looks something like this:

Here, you can assign JBA the initial to Justin Ambers so we know who the new contact owner should be. You will also see the other initials that need to be mapped in case many changes were made in the agency management system.

Your success manager will also get a copy of this email, so you can always email them and they can help you map through.
