Creating a New Template

  1. Click the Browse & Send Campaign! Button in the Quick Actions section on the right side of the screen

2. Click the New Email button

3. Type the email that you wish to save as a template

4. Click the blue Save message as template link above the blue Preview button

5. Name and Save your new template

6. Click the white Back arrow in the top left hand corner of the blue bar, if you are not ready to send the message quite yet. The message is already saved, so you’re okay to discard.

7. Find the Your templates section to access your new template!

Tip: If you include this text with brackets: {{first name}}
Levitate will automatically insert the first name of every person the email is sent to.

Note: If you would like to make sure all the employee users in your account can view and select the template, make sure to select the checkbox in the bottom right for "Shared".
