In this Quick Tip Tutorial we'll show you how to create a note in Levitate. Notes help provide insight about you contacts and the conversations you have with them over time. Notes can also be very helpful to give insight when someone else from your team needs to get up to speed fast anytime they are coming into the conversation.
You may also attach an Action Item to a note and assign it to either yourself or someone else on your team for completion. These Action Items will pop up on your Outlook/Google Calendar as a reminder when they are coming due.
