Social Media Compliance Flow

When scheduling a social media post through Levitate that will be compliance pending, the user will be able to send the PDF of the post itself directly to their compliance officer via email using our new compliance feature. The email entered can belong to a compliance officer, or another user at the office that needs to submit the PDF through a portal.

Every social media post set up with compliance will send a copy of the compliance PDF to the user setting up the send as well.

If the compliance officer replies back, directly, to the compliance email sent through Levitate with language containing "Approve" or "Approved" the post will be moved from compliance pending to scheduled automatically.

If submitting to compliance via other means than email, like a portal, the post will need to be manually marked as approved before it moves to scheduled.
